CONTRACT
Orders sent via the Internet server are firm as soon as our customer service receives them along with payment. If cash on delivery (COD) is desired, orders sent via the Internet server are firm as soon as our customer service receives them.
PRICES
Editions Vario can modify the prices at anytime.
The customer is obligated to pay the price, in full, at the time when the order is sent to Editions Vario, except when it is ordered COD.
DELIVERY
Editions Vario will do everything in its power to ship the order in the shortest time possible, as soon as the order is received. Delivery times indicated on the order form are given as general information. Delays in the actual delivery do not allow the customer to cancel the order, to refuse the merchandise or to claim late charges.
Any claims upon delivery of the items must be transmitted within one week of delivery.
Editions Vario is free from obligation of delivery in cases of social events or acts of nature. For example, total or partial strikes, flooding and fires are cases of social events and acts of nature.
The delivery of merchandise can be suspended until reception of total payment by the customer without impact on the owner.
GUARANTEE
Our shipping is insured with the carrier. The customer should notify the carrier of any damages to the packaging upon reception. Without this notification to the carrier at the time of delivery, Editions Vario will not exchange or refund any item.
Besides this, Editions Vario does not offer any other guarantee.
EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY
As for the article L121-16 of the French Consumption Code, the customer has 7 days upon delivery to return the items to Editions Vario for exchange or refund, without penalties, except that the customer must pay mail charges.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Any personal information given to Editions Vario is required to handle the customer ‘s order promptly. As for the law 78-17 of the 6 January 1978 in relation to e-data, files and freedom, the customer has the right to access, consult, modify, rectify and/or suppress any information given to Editions Vario customer service.
Personal information given to the bank BNP by a bank credit card for payment are encrypted with the SSL system and transmitted through the PAYBOX SYSTEM. Internet secured payment does not go through Editions Vario web site. Consequently, Editions Vario will not be held responsible for the use of this information.
DISPUTES
All orders sent are in accordance with the General Sales Conditions of Editions Vario. Any disputes or questions in relation to the sale (price, general sale conditions, product…) will be resolved under French law in front of the Court where Editions Vario have their headquarters. |
